Menu Price:
The price includes food preparation;
does not
include the labor or delivery service.
This would be the price of
the meal - whether it is served or
delivered. Prices are
dependent on the minimum number of
guests.
Labor Change:
This charge covers the labor to set and
serve the event for the hours specified
in the menu. This does
not include Gratuity. (Wait staff
$25/hr; Chef/Manager $35/hr;
Busboy $15/hr).
Gratuity:
This is the "tip" that is usually presented to the wait
staff the evening of the event.
Customary charges are between
$25 - $100 per server. (Average is $50
per staff member).
